Combining hand pads, footwork drills, punch combinations and conditioning drills to replicate professional boxing routines. This class improves your cardiovascular fitness, core strength, speed and agility while toning the body and shredding body fat.

Please bring your own gloves*, pads* towel and water bottle.
*Spare gloves and pads available at gym upon request.
