Do I need to book in for a group class?
Bookings are not essential but are recommended. For easy booking drop in or contact us.
What do I need to bring?
You will need your own gloves, hand wraps, water bottle and towel.
How fit do I need to be?
Our classes are designed to cater for all fitness levels, we encourage everyone to do the best they can to their ability.All experience and fitness levels welcome.
I’ve never boxed before, is that ok?
That’s fine. We have a variety classes teaching bag, pad, footwork and boxing techniques. We cater for all skill levels.
What should I wear?
Comfortable training clothes and covered shoes.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have shower, toilet and sauna facilities.
Can I use the gym while classes are on?
Yes, we have a seperate weights area to train while classes are on.It should be noted classes take priority over use of boxing equipment.
How often do I need to train?
We have members that train everyday and others who train 2-3 time a week.Totally up to you and how much time you have and how you feel.
Can anyone spar?
All sparring has to be approved by United Fight Team coaches.
Do I have to spar?
Sparring is not a requirement, all sparring must be approved by United Fight Team coaches.
Do you provide refunds?
We do not refund any memberships or passed payments. All cancellations must be in writing.Please refer to our membership policy here.
Can ladies box?
Absolutely we have some great female boxers. We welcome everyone to give it a try.
Is there parking?
Yes we have onsite parking and plenty of street parking.
How much is membership?
Standard Membership is $40 per week on direct debit (unlimited classes). Student Membership is $30 per week on direct debit (unlimited classes).
Is there a joining fee?
No, there is no joining fee.
